Such is the mass slaughter of tens of billions of animals every year in factory farms. Out of sight of the media and hidden from public consciousness, one of the gravest events in modern times proceeds unabated.

The fight against factory farming has never been more urgent. The production of low-cost meat from animals kept in inhumane conditions is killing our planet and destroying our health.
